Take a mixing bowl and thoroughly blend in all the oils with the lauryl laurate till uniformly combined.
Now add Vitamin E oil and mix well again.

Lastly, store your massage oil in your sterilized and well sanitized bottle. Keep it in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.
How to Use Massage Oils
Prepare the place that you want to have the massage session. Choose a well-ventilated space with enough fresh air. Avoid claustrophobic, poorly ventilated spaces and those with less privacy.
Arrange for a table or massage mat, cover it with oil proof sheet and put a pillow and cover it too.
Make sure you have taken shower and your skin is clean for the 'blank canvas' start.
Lie on your stomach on top of the table or massage mat and let a person who is willing and you can trust, preferably your partner to start massaging your body.
Let the one, apply the massage oil on your body and slowly start to glide on your skin with gentle repetitive strokes.
All the time their hands have to be in contact with your skin while massaging body parts. When you feel knots give them more time in kneading and massaging them.
Always communicate how you feel, feed back is very essential during this whole process to allow for a better experience.
Avoid massaging the spine or bones, the whole point of massages it to deal with and only muscles and not otherwise to avoid injury.
Take a shower if necessary. Ta-da! Relaxed.
