Ingredients
½ slice of a whole avocado
1 egg
3 tablespoons of natural honey
1 teaspoon of vitamin E oil
20 drops of any essential oil(optional)
It is always a good idea to collect all your ingredients and tools before starting making your recipe. Get a saucepan with a lid, measuring spoons, your own designated bottle or a cool Mason jar, a kitchen thermometer and a wooden spoon just in case.


Instructions
Begin making your recipe by collecting your ingredients: avocado, an egg, natural honey, vitamin E oil and essential oil, if you have one.
Take your avocado, cut it into two pieces and scoop the avocado pulp.
Mash up your avocado with a masher till soft.
Break your egg and add it into the pulp. Mix it with your avocado pulp till well-combined.
Add your natural honey to the paste and mix well.
Add vitamin E oil and any essential oil drop by drop and stir well uniformly.
Your hair mask is ready! Store your hair mask in refrigerator an use it within 2 weeks.
How to Use Avocado and Egg Hair Mask
Wash and shampoo your hair as usual. Towel-dry it.
Then apply and massage your hair mask and comb through your hair.
Wear your shower cap and let the mask sit in your hair for 30 minutes to one hour.
Rinse your hair with warm water, blow dry or towel-dry your hair.
Apply your leave-in conditioner, hair lotion, hair serum or hair oil and style as usual.
